When water leaks into your home it’s as if an unwanted intruder has violated your personal sanctuary. It stains your ceiling, walls, and flooring; it causes dry rot and invites termites to invade the structure of your home; it can cause toxic black mold that can result in major remediation bills. Water is one of the worst intruders that can ever invade your home.
At CBCI Construction, we know how to stop water in its tracks, whether it finds its way into your home through a balcony, stairway, deck, roof, window, door, siding, stucco, or any number of other potential access points. We use leading-edge infrared technology to trace the water back to its leak source, and then our expert technicians repair the waterproofing using state-of-the-art methods and materials thus eliminating further leakage.
But that only solves part of your problem! What about the damage that the water has done to the structure and interior of your home? CBCI Construction understands that you need the entire problem solved. That’s why we not only specialize in fixing the leak but we also repair the damage that the leak has caused. Whether it’s repair or replacement of termite or dry rot damaged wood, stucco or plaster, dry wall, flooring, damaged windows or doors, or other interior and exterior building elements, CBCI Construction has the skilled craftsmen to do the job. When we’re finished, your home will look as if there never was a leak.
So if you have a leak, call CBCI Construction. We’ll fix the leak then restore your home to look like that unwanted intruder had never visited.
