Southern California’s Full-Responsibility Contractor for Reconstruction, Restoration and Repair

About CBCI Construction

When water leaks into your home it’s as if an unwanted intruder has violated your personal sanctuary. It stains your ceiling, walls, and flooring; it causes dry rot and invites termites to invade the structure of your home; it can cause toxic black mold that can result in major remediation bills. Water is one of the worst intruders that can ever invade your home.

At CBCI Construction, we know how to stop water in its tracks, whether it finds its way into your home through a balcony, stairway, deck, roof, window, door, siding, stucco, or any number of other potential access points. We use leading-edge infrared technology to trace the water back to its leak source, and then our expert technicians repair the waterproofing using state-of-the-art methods and materials thus eliminating further leakage.

But that only solves part of your problem! What about the damage that the water has done to the structure and interior of your home? CBCI Construction understands that you need the entire problem solved. That’s why we not only specialize in fixing the leak but we also repair the damage that the leak has caused. Whether it’s repair or replacement of termite or dry rot damaged wood, stucco or plaster, dry wall, flooring, damaged windows or doors, or other interior and exterior building elements, CBCI Construction has the skilled craftsmen to do the job. When we’re finished, your home will look as if there never was a leak.
So if you have a leak, call CBCI Construction. We’ll fix the leak then restore your home to look like that unwanted intruder had never visited.

Selecting a contractor

If you are considering replacing your roof, siding, or other exterior building structures, we believe there are six things you should know before you selected your contractor:

  • Not all construction products are created equal. Though they may look similar, some brands and materials really are made better and last longer than others. Make sure that your contractor knows the difference, and can assist you in selecting the product that meets your needs, your dreams and your budget.
  • Not all companies treat their customers equally. Make sure your contractor is truly responsive to customer needs. How good is the communication between the contractor and its customers? How satisfied are previous customers with the products that were installed, and with the service they have received? Will the contractor provide a list of their customers? Does a company representative respond when you call with questions?
  • Not all companies get the same treatment from their suppliers. The best contractors have excellent relationships with their product manufacturers and distributors. Ask your contractor if they will provide their suppliers’ names for referral. What’s the company’s reputation in the industry?
  • Not all installers are equivalent. Ensure that the crew that does the work on your house knows the products, has the experience to do the job right and is passionate about neatness, fit and finish, and service.
  • Not all contractors will offer you the best quality and prices for your needs. Find a contractor that treats you personally, honestly and with respect and that gives you the best value - with a clearly stated proposal, with no confusion, no pressure and no nonsense.
  • Not all companies will be there to serve you after the installation in completed. CBCI Construction has been in business in California since 1984 and has hundreds of satisfied residential and commercial customers. Unlike most contractors, CBCI offers written installation and workmanship warranties that provide protection above and beyond that offered by the manufacturer. And for added security, we also offer optional extended warranties.
